JSW MG Motor India has unveiled MG ADAPT, India’s first multi-energy vehicle platform capable of supporting EVs, hybrids, plug-in hybrids and range-extender EVs on a single architecture. The company will launch its first EV and PHEV based on the platform during FY2026-27, strengthening its future electrified vehicle lineup.

Bajaj Auto is reportedly evaluating Tamil Nadu and Telangana for a new manufacturing plant to support EV growth, exports and future production expansion.
