A Rajasthan customer who booked a Toyota Innova HyCross ZX(O) Hybrid discovered nearly a year later that he had been delivered a lower-spec variant. The Consumer Court ruled in his favour, ordering the dealership to replace the vehicle with a new ZX(O) Hybrid and pay ₹6.6 lakh in compensation and penalties.
